The Ruby Frost Quartet
The words "Bon Jovi", "Madonna" and "string quartet" don't often feature in the same sentence... unless you happen to be at a Ruby Frost gig. Groups such as Fourplay, Kronos Quartet and the Turtle Island String Quartet have forged a path for the "alternative" string quartet sound. As an admirer of these groups, The Ruby Frost Quartet hope to continue to create new and interesting original music as well as quirky takes on well loved jazz and pop tunes.
