The Loni Thompson Ensemble
Born in Adelaide and now based in Melbourne, vocalist and composer Loni Thompson draws on her experience singing jazz, blues and folk music to create her own personal style. 'The Loni Thompson Ensemble' was formed in 2008 in collaborationwith double bassist Sam Zerna. The group's exploration of different song forms and styles has created a unique contemporary ensemble sound.
