Daniel Clohesy

CACTUS is a five-piece collective of young Adelaide musicians founded
by tenor saxophonist Daniel Clohesy (Winner 2009 James Morrison
Scholarship and 2008 IAJE Pat Corrigan Scholarship) and bassist Marty
Holoubek. The group draws its influences from such musicians as Barney
McAll, Chris Potter, Kurt Rosenwinkel and Radiohead. CACTUS is
currently preparing and promoting their debut album consisting of
original compositions by all the members.
